Mike’s primary business is Velocity Venture Partners, a private equity group focused on alternative assets including manufactured home communities, luxury vacation rentals, and service businesses. VVP teams up with accredited investors to create income and tax benefits via private placements.
By age 24, Mike founded his first construction company that scaled quickly to more than 100 employees and sold in 2014 at a $12 million valuation, making it onto the Inc. 2009 “2500 Fastest Growing Companies in America” list. Mike and Kara had also built a real estate portfolio of 5 manufactured home communities, 45 single families, and 3 commercial buildings.
Mike is also co-leads along with Kara his wife of 23 years, The Next Level Couple community and mastermind focusing on helping couples scale their marriage and relationships FIRST while building business and investing empires to fund their purpose and the lives they want!
Mike and Kara are excited to enter the next season of watching their young adult children Dylan 23, Tym 21, and Kayton 20, find their paths and continue the legacy.
